Preparation:
Mix 100g of the blend with 200ml of very cold water, stir thoroughly, and let it rest for 3 minutes.

Preparation:
Mix 50g of the blend with 40ml of water and 10g of cooking oil. ➜ Griddle: Sear for approximately 3 minutes at 180°C without additional oil.
➜ Pan: Sear over medium heat for approximately 3 minutes without additional oil.
➜ Convection Oven: Bake at 180°C with hot air, lightly greased.

Tip:
Avoid baking at very high temperatures; instead, add Bacon Bits after cooking, e.g., on flatbread.

Preparation:
Stir 100g of the blend into 650ml of water and bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring constantly.
➜ Pot: Sauce can be kept warm over low heat.

Tip:
Reheating is possible. Adjust the consistency by adding more or less water, e.g., for a dip.

Preparation:
Mix 25g of the powder blend with 225ml of cold water, stir thoroughly.
Let the mixture sit for approximately 10 minutes to thicken.
Bring to a boil in a saucepan. Stir vigorously before serving.

Enjoy the vegan gravy with your meatballs, mock schnitzel, or traditional roast.

Preparation:
Mix 125g of the Köfte blend with 250ml of cold water, stir thoroughly, and let it rest for about 3 minutes.
Shape the mixture into Köfte of your desired size with dampened hands.
Heat a bit of cooking oil in a non-stick pan and fry the vegan Köfte over medium heat for approximately 3-4 minutes, turning occasionally.
